The Aiding Tutorial Center’s mission is to improve the study habits of the children and the youths. It empowers the students to become an active learner and to achieve an academic success.

The primary goal of the Aiding Tutorial Center is to create an open atmosphere of learning for students who need assistance. It aids the students in several academic disciplines through a variety of tutoring techniques by addressing their individual needs in a constructive environment.

Also, the main goal of tutoring is to build up the self-governing learners. The Aiding Tutorial Center guide, coaches, encourages and become a good model to the learners. Whether a student has an’ A’ and wants to keep ‘A’ or it has a low grade in school, the A.T.C. is always here to help.

Lastly, the A.T.C. is only a micro enterprise business. The Aiding Tutorial Center consists of different programs such as One-on-one Program, Reading Lab, Homework Assistance and Story Time.

A. Description of the Business The Aiding Tutorial Center or A.T.C intends to restore the focuses of the students towards their study habits. Nowadays, technology is becoming more advance and the children use to be keen on it. After school, the students go to the computer shops, use their different types of gadgets or go to the sociable places. Instead of doing their homework in school and having enough time to read their notes, these technological things and the different sociable places are interrupting them

In this case the study habits is becoming frail and most of the students doesn’t give much precedence to their educations.

The Aiding Tutorial Center is raised not just to assist the students to become a superior learner, but to remind them the value of schooling. The Aiding Tutorial Center is expected to be constructed as soon as possible on this coming December 31. Why December 31? To start a new living, especially to the students for them to begin there school days terrific and shunning to have a low grades in school.

The Aiding Tutorial Center is not merely a constructed Center, but it is an instrument to encourage the students to study well for them to have a stable job in the future.

B. Product or Service The Aiding Tutorial Center offers both small group and one-on-one tutoring for all the students. Communication is stressed and the tutor acts as a guide and mentor. The tutors will work through the area in questions with the students and feels comfortable with it. Trained peer tutors, faculty and staff facilitate their program. Its facilities are new and well designed for the comfortable of the students.

Its faculty, staff, and peer tutors promote an active learning through small group workshops, individual and group tutoring, interactive multimedia and audio-visual activities. It also offers all registered students a FREE learning assistance in most subject areas and basic skills.

To conclude, The Aiding Tutorial Center tries its best to assist the students in achieving their personal and academic goals.

C. Market The Aiding Tutorial Center’s customers are mostly students. These students are those people who wanted to aim a high grade in school and to those who wanted to learn more new things.

Most of the customers of The Aiding Tutorial Center are from the schools near in The A.T.C. It is just a walking distance. The estimated customers of A.T.C. are around 50 students.
