How to create a quiz with different question types on Google Forms 1
Create a quiz 1. Log into Gmail account. 2. Click the apps located near the account profile picture. 3. Select Google Forms and click Blank.

Customize your quiz 1. Name your quiz: Click Untitled form and enter a name. 2. Add a description: Under the quiz name, add your text. 3. Change the background color or theme: Click Color Palette color. Or click Theme theme.

Convert a form into a quiz 1. To collect email addresses: Select Settings , click General, check Collect email address, then Save. 2. To change a form into a quiz: click Quizzes, turn on Make this a quiz, then Save.

8. To add Short Answer question, choose Short answer in the drop-down menu. 9. Enter the question and add value point. 10. Leave the correct answer blank as teacher will mark it manually.

Send a quiz 1. After creating all of your questions, select SEND at the top right. 2. Click Email
and enter email addresses in the To field. Click SEND.
