It is easy to rollback the firmware. Open Airport Utility, click on the AirPort Utility menu, with Option key held down, click 'Check for Updates', then tick ' 7.3.1', and click download. Now, select your TC in Airport Utility and click 'Manual Setup'. Under the 'Summary' tab click on 'Version 7.3.2' and select 'Upload 7.3.1'. Follow instructions and your TC will restart with v7.3.1. Ignore the Upgrade to 7.3.2 notices until new firmware is released by Apple you can turn off check for updates in AirPort Utility preferences.
