Why did the child lose all interest in the fair ? 

In the beginning , the child was very happy and exited. Everything looked beautiful and charming. It was the happy state of mind that made him long for toys, sweets flowers, balloons, music of the juggler and ride in the roundabout. The child behaved like this because his parents were with him. They did not fulfill any of his desires yet their presence was enough for him After he got separated from them, his mood completely changed. He lost interest in everything. He only wanted his mother and father. Those very things which were full of beauty and attraction only a few minutes earlier were of no value at all.
