The Journey Circle 7.2 Physical Journey 1) Dante breaks a limb off of a tree.
2) A man hides in a small bush from black hell dogs which are chasing him. The man is caught and ripped to shreds while the bush laments over its loss of limb.
Moral Journey 1) Dante is very shocked and terrified; he isn’t to the point yet where he accepts the punishments given to those who deserve it. (pg. 120, paragraph 6). 2) Dante doesn’t say much about the man, but he pities the bush greatly and even tries to replace one of its severed limbs. He has a lot of pity for the people in Circle 7.2 and is far from Moral Redemption. (pg. 128 paragraph 1)
