TELL US ABOUT A TIME YOU USED LEADERSHIP SKILLS WHICH LED TO A SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME There have been a lot of instances where my leadership positions has been of utmost value.in 2011 I started leading from a long time ago while at 14 years old I led my school in a national mathematics competition where I took first in the state and also took third In Nigeria among over 25 schools representing their various states .in 2012 I also led some students in taking their post utme exams which I also did the same year to successful completion and admission .I led a lot of secondary school students to take their waec exam and passed excellently (85 percent passed ).in 2014 while in the university I assumed the post of BOG of ASHRAE UNILAG where I convinced and ledover 20 of my classmates to join the society which they did. At the peak of recession in 2014/2015 I started a movement called the EPO NATION which I led a lot of hungry students on campus in getting free food from educational functions and events which was successful.in 2017 I became the sport secretary of my department and the vice president of ASHRAE UNILAG as the sport sec I organized a grand sporting event on feb 4th – feb 10th which saw all the levels from 100 level to 500 level participating in a week sporting activities ranging from football,athletics,basketball,volleyball,table tennis etc .In August of the same year I organized the ASHRAE week which was a two day event that brought over 300 students to a lecture session relating to HVAC &R on the first day and I led over 30 students to the a field trip the next day at a site managed by samsung Commercial Air conditioning Division .I was awarded the only henry adams scholarship award by ASHRAE due to leadership skills demonstrated overtime.I led a group of volunteers at the Youth Empowerment summit organizedby Young entrepreneurs of Nigeria in September 26th 2017 whiich witnessed over 5000 people attending to get business funding amongst other things.in October 2017 I became the president of my departmental organization amd the president ofASHRAE UNILAG I led 10 students from lagos to kaduna to attend the AGM and conference of the Nigerian institution of mechanical engineers which was a huge success we had the largest number of turn out asa university . as the president of ASHRAE UNILAG I led 30 students from 5 different instituttions (YCT,FUNAAB,OAU,UNILAG ) to attend the ASHRAE NIGERIA ANNUAL DISTINGUISHED LECTURE held at Sheraton hotel Ikeja Lagos.Of recent(April 13th) I volunteered and coordinated up to 50 penultimate and ante penultimate year girl students from different departments to attend the SHE CAN Nigeria program organized at muson centre lagos which saw them getting internship,employment opportunities etc .
