SPEED AND PRECISION

TECCON® TECCON® is a new construction system, using a metal structure made up of units that are designed and factory-manufactured in advance. TECCON® is a structural system based on light gauge steel framing for single-family dwellings, multifamily dwellings, schools and other service buildings (residences, hospitals, etc.). TECCON® is a system that uses kits made up a combination of exterior wall, interior wall and floor/ceiling units that are prefabricated as separate sections. They arrive on site preassembled, and both the European Technical Codes and applicable European legislation are strictly observed. TECCON® System is patented and is unique in the market because of its performance in terms of being self-supporting, the extent to which it is prefabricated, its speed of onsite assembly and its high quality standards. TECCON® System is an “industrial product”, which may be sold in any international market. TECCON® is not just a product: it offers continuous, high-level technical support and advice to the sector’s professionals.

TECCON® System is characterized by a series of features that are of great value – both financially and in terms of the number of uses they can be put to – for all those involved in improving housing. Technical Office at your service. TECCON takes care of measurements and budget. TECCON takes care of System Report and Calculations. TECCON® System is performance-tested in official laboratories (thermal, fire, and sound insulation, as well as impact absorption). Possibility of drawing up initial designs using the system’s components, optimizing the project from its conception. TECCON® System does not limit the Architect’s creativity. The flexibility of the system allows it to be adapted to the demands of the design. Allows the Architect to offer something different from the norm, especially for public tenders.

Guarantees higher quality construction work (precision and performance). TECCON® System’s performance is certified using official tests at the EOTA (European Commission). Ensures certification by the Technical Monitoring Offices, without technical reservations. Guarantees the processing of the ten-year insurance policy. The time saved when implementing the design allows: - Higher turnover of the capital invested. - Streamlining of the commercial management of the project. Reduces the time required to raise the building’s structure to one third of that required in conventional construction. Simplifies site management (fewer components, personnel, etc.). Onsite assembly errors are impossible. Easily handled components. No need for a fixed crane on site. Reduces the risk of onsite accidents. There are teams of authorized fitters available. Constructed using prefabricated parts and completely dry methods.

SUSTAINABLE All materials used are recycled. Constructed using completely dry methods. No waste is produced on site. Once it has finished being used, the system can be dismantled and the majority of its components reused.

SAFE Thanks both to the quality control required when producing vertical and horizontal sections and to TECCON® System’s onsite assembly, there is zero risk of errors (an important factor in designs using large numbers of prefabricated elements and low-skilled workers).

FAST AND EASY TECCON® System arrives on site prefabricated. Quickly assembled. Facilitates the work of the rest of the professionals on site. The technical project manager’s monitoring of assembly time is more accurate.

FINANCIAL It leads, on average, to a 15% reduction in the budget for structures and foundations and a 40% reduction in construction time, compared with conventional systems. It also leads to other advantages, variable depending on the promoter-building contractor, in the areas of logistics and finances (greatest benefits in capital turnover).

FLEXIBLE Any exterior finish is possible (TECCON® System is only the interior framework).
