Solución 9 Cuando se tiene 100 tiempos de proceso, podemos observar en la gráfica de promedios o medias móviles son relativamente estables, mediante la observación, lo mismo sucede cuando se tiene 200 tiempos de proceso, sin embargo, se observa que sí es menos inestable que los 100 promedios iniciales Gráficas tomadas con un intervalo de 10, cabe resaltar que las gráficas son hechos con un intervalo de 10.

Solución 10 Cuando se tiene 100 tiempos de atención al cliente, podemos observar en la gráfica de promedios o medias móviles que estas si son estables, mediante la observación, caso contrario sucede cuando se tiene 200 tiempos de atención al cliente, los promedios en esta gráfica tienen menor estabilidad, cabe resaltar que las gráficas son elaboradas con un intervalo de 10.
