superfluid An Economy of Un-Wasted Professional Time and Goods

Barter Benefits • Adds liquidity in a business environment where credit and investment are tight. • Doesn’t devalue time or product as lowering prices on surpluses will tend to do. • Helps to build business and develop relationships for now, as well as for future growth.

Direct Swap Vs Barter Exchange Systems • Swaps

• Barter Exchange

• Users directly trade goods, either with partners they find for themselves, or as part of a matchmaking system.

User B

• A community joins together to enable commerce using a virtual currency. There is essentially a “cloud” of potential trade partners.

Virtual Currency Payments

The Swap • Find someone with exactly what you want, who wants exactly what you have. Then find a way to comfortably trade. But, it’s hard to find a partner, and, once you do, the process of trading tends to be fraught...

Online Exchange/Virtual Currency Systems • Work very well conceptually, but have not been executed or marketed well thus far...

Online Exchange/Virtual Currency Systems • Except in entertainment...

superfluid Solutions • We conservatively employ various tools (including limited credit and dividend bonuses) to enable growth of the internal economy. • Uniquely, like game implementations, we utilize a currency (Quids) that is not tied to US$, and is inherently very liquid and flexible. Competitors use hyper-inflated pseudo dollars that never establish real value. • We have tools that enable users to: • Find and evaluate desirable products and services. • Negotiate the initial transaction as well as a 1099B valuation for IRS, so that tax liabilities are legitimate and balanced, eliminating downside for users. • Ensure that products and services are properly delivered, before credits are transferred.

How does superfluid change your world? • superfluid takes the burden of unused resources and turns it into a highly liquid asset for growth and sustenance. Use it to: • Give your business access to external services that make it stronger and more attractive to clients. • Build new client relationships; there’s a lower barrier for clients to “sample” your services in superfluid than there would be with a full conventional relationship. • Justify keeping employees you don’t want to let go. • Give yourself and employees perks that would otherwise seem extravagant. • Optimize avocational projects utilizing professional services; make a game, create a website, software, etc.

How doesn’t superfluid change your world? • superfluid works to prevent the waste of professional resources, and to optimize the avocational use of such professional resources when desired, but: • superfluid doesn’t replace money. Money is still best, if you are offered full value. • If there is no waste, as in cost-per action advertising, or ongoing billing of hourly outsourced services from a limited pool of vendors, superfluid may not be useful.
