Summary of Requirement for “Increasing Operating Pressure D-675 from 10 BarG to 14 BarG” Project/MOC by Mechanical Aspect Background: 1. The Pressure will be increased become 15 BarG with 60°C, so we need to review the requirement of items whether if it can hold 15 BarG or not. 2. That items are tank, piping, valves, flanges, fittings, and instrumentation items from discharge of Compressor (C-675) until the PSV, PRV, and Sampling Pipe located on the outlet area of the Tank (D-675) 3. Recent rule said that all piping and its accessories with 2” or below NPS must use 80 schedule and Flange must use welded neck type flange. Work step/sequence: 1. Fabricate new piping with accessories except valves from discharge of compressor to inlet of the tank as per-existing condition with some change (Isometric Drawing and BQ is attached for reference). 2. Fabricate new piping with accessories except valves from outlet of the tank to the PSV and PRV as per-existing condition with some change (Isometric Drawing and BQ is attached for reference). 3. Fabricated one new blind flange of the tank completed with nozzles on it as per existing condition with some change (Drawing of blind flange completed with nozzle will be design by Vendor that must resist to 18 BarG MAWP). 4. Fabrication items above must pass some inspection requirement. 5. Shut off the Unit. 6. Dismantle the related items those item above. 7. The existing Tank D-675 need to be hydro-tested with 17 BarG pressure (completed with the one new blind flange with its nozzles blinded) and re-certified for using it 5 years ahead (must be approved by DEPNAKER). 8. Set new setting of PRV. 9. Set new setting PSV become 15 BarG. 10. Erect/install of those item above. 11. Do a Leak Test. 12. Job is Finish.
