SUMMARY OF BUSINESS PLAN A. SUMMARY The Guru Accounting Tutorial Center will be registered under the name of Ron Nathaniel F. Padua. Ron is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from San Juan, La Union. The business will be registered as a Sole Proprietorship providing accounting tutorial services. B. MARKETING PLAN GURU Accounting Tutorial Center will provide tutorial services in Basic Accounting, Financial Accounting and Reporting, Auditing and Assurance Services, and Business Law and Taxation. The target customer of the business will be the accountancy students enrolled in accountancy program at their respective colleges, students from other program enrolled in accounting subject, and those who are aspiring to be and accountancy students. The service offered by the business will be promoted through a Facebook page where news and updates about the page will be posted. And through dispersing of flyers into students at their schools and posting at the school’s bulletin boards. The tutorial will be costing Php 200 per hour per student if the student will opt for the regular schedule and Php 500 per hour per student if the student will avail the special one-onone session to be scheduled. And the books and other review materials will be priced at cost plus a 25% mark up. The retailing of books and other materials will be open to non-students of the business. The business will be expecting an enrollment of 25 students for the class tutorial for 3 months in operation of three times a year with a total of expected enrollment of 75 students for the year and expect to increase in the succeeding years. C. TECHNICAL PLAN The business offers accounting tutorial services and retailing of books and review materials to accountancy students in San Fernando, La Union. The students will submit their registration form and present their payment. After which, they can get their schedule and attend the tutorial according to the time given to them. At the end of tutorial, the students are to be given a form to indicate their grades and subject currently enrolled in their respective colleges that shall be signed by their instructors to verify the results of the tutorial to the students. The business will be located at X/F of Nisce-Quero Bldg., Gov. Luna Street, City of San Fernando, La Union. The materials and equipment needed are indicated below together where it will be acquired.

The business will need 3 tutors to handle the tutorial class. One tutor for Business Law and Taxation, one for Auditing and Assurance Services, and one for Basic Accounting and Financial Accounting and Reporting. The tutorial center will also need 2 administrative staff to attend the front desk for inquiries and scheduling of tutorials.

D. ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN The GURU Accounting Tutorial Center will be Partnership. The business will be managed by the owner Ron Nathaniel Padua. Ron has excellent communication skills and managing skills and has a background of the service offered by the business.
