11.09.2008 Sir, The status as on 11.09.2008 is as under in respect of critical items 1. 6 mm plywood is received and got unloaded in FQA Lab. 2. The drawing and detailed technical specification of Sintex Toilet Block is received and New Item Code has been asked from Prumatech Ahmedabad. Immediately after getting the Item Code the PR shall be raised . My SAP Account number and PassWord has been given to Shri Harshad Pophali 3. The drawing and detailed technical specification of Sintex Soak pit isot received from sintex. There is rigorous follow up from my side. Immediately after getting the same the Item Code shall be obtained .The line up has been made by me. 4. The priority shall be ensured and adhered that 1200 mm pipes are manufactured first and delivered to site by 20.10.2008 The latest ground position I shall convey on 12.09.2008 after visiting the pipe factory. High drawn Steel wires 10 mm diameter in on war path of procurement.Out of 20 MT total requirement 1.5 MT has reached to site.Balance is under procurement stages. All out efforts shall be made that 1200m and 900 mm pipes are delivered to site in schedule. 4. The approval of alternate brand of Liquid admixture in addition to only approved Fosroc Liquid Admixture is principally agreed by AVP. After getting your approval further action for reservation shall be taken up. The work at Lab situated at Gao shall be of only two days.
