2) Persistence of Authority Officials of Rucesion are granted the ability to maintain their authority over areas in their jurisdiction. Any higher official of Rucesion may warn or issue banishment warrants for: Contraventions of Rucesion Law on a board they moderate; Harassment by Heresy; or any form of Prohibited Trade. Demagogues and Burgesses have the ability to directly exile an individual for Prohibited Trade, but will still have to forward the evidence to the persons listed in the [Mandatory Evidence Forwarding].
3) Recognition of Precedent Rucesion recognizes the ability of Officials to create procedures and protocols for handling issues and events both covered and uncovered by Rucesion Law. This includes, but is not is not limited to: Standards of Corrective Action (exile length, etc) and Procedures for unlegislated events. In the event a precedent is set and practiced
regularly, it is the obligation of the Legislature to merge the standard with Rucesion Law. 4) Extended Circumstances In the case of an unspecified crime, a Judge may create a new malicious acts classification, creating precedent for further prosecution. New classifications must be submitted to the demagoguery for immediate instatement into the Malicious Acts Law. No voting is necessary. No Official substitutions are allowed in this instance.
