Objective of the Summit 1. The objectives were defined and explained. 2. The objectives provided the summit good focus and direction. 3. The objectives were achieved towards the end of the activity.

Time Elements 4. The activity started on time 5. The activity was properly scheduled. 6. The activity ended on time 7. The time frame of the program was sufficient for its activities.

Organizers 8. The organizing team members are present to attend to the needs of the participants 9. The organizing team members are responsive to the needs of the participants.

Facilitation 10. Facilitator spoke clearly. 11. Facilitator was sensitive to the participants’ mood. 12. Facilitator observed proper attire.
