DEPARTMENT: Information Systems Sr. QA Systems Analyst – • Lead other QA Analysts on larger, more complex projects to ensure quality delivery of solutions. • Responsible for executing the QA methodology, standards, processes and deliverables within established system development life cycles for assigned projects, maintenance and enhancement tasks. • Manage day-to-day priorities and deliverables based on defined schedules and priorities in order to meet expectations and deliver quality solutions. • Participate in the project planning efforts in order to develop appropriate test plan to support the overall project approach, scope and solution as well as determine QA tasks, timing and deliverables for the overall project plan. • Associates degree in technical discipline or equivalent relevant experience • 4 plus years experience in a quality assurance function • Proven skill set / knowledge with multiple platforms and software applications

Group Manager, Quality Assurance • Project management and administration that include work plans, resource planning and control, and writing or producing status reports. • Conduct regular project reviews and communicate project status to all involved parties. • Implement project management methodology tools throughout QA organization. • 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience. • 5 or more years experience in quality assurance/testing. • 5 or more years experience in project management • Experience in designing, developing and implementing test methodologies. • AS/400 experience required. Group Manager, Business Partner Management • Acts as primary point of contact between corporate business teams (PAR, Merchandising, Logistics) and Information Services. • Manages client’s portfolios and conducts business analysis, planning and reporting. • Ensures business requirements and needs are understood and met by IS through Project Delivery and the development of SLAs • Provides process and implementation support for IS services including IS strategic planning, business process analysis and re-engineering, and program and project management • Bachelor’s degree or relevant Retail or IS business experience. • 7 - 10 years experience in an IS or business management position working with senior executives across multiple business functions. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to develop and deliver executive level presentations • Proven ability to build and maintain senior executive relationships Process Project Manager  Facilitate the development of IS processes, procedures, templates, standards, guidelines and policies.  Develop and manage the documents associated with all IS processes.  Subject Matter Expert for deployment, training and support regarding processes.  Manage and report compliance including methodologies and tools.  Develop, implement and monitor Scorecards (IS specific and Business metrics).  Minimum 5 – 10 years of demonstrated success in IS or business operations, process and project management.  Good understanding of the business priorities and skilled in the following areas:  1) knowledge of how to brain storm and assist management with project selection criteria  2) knowledge of how to map a process at both a high and detailed level  3) knowledge of how to create and implement a data collection plan  4) ability to advise leadership teams on how to change their processes to ensure adoption  Strong communications, project management and facilitation skills.  BA/BS degree in Business or relevant IS fields.  Green Belt certification or PMI certification required. Lead Reporting Analyst • Works with the business to document reporting requirements.
