Logging In Logging in for teachers is the same as it is for students. Double-click the SuccessMaker Enterprise icon on your desktop. The SuccessMaker Enterprise LogIn screen appears. Type your user name and press Tab. Teacher usernames are first initial and last name with no space. Type your password (swsd) and press Enter.
Types of Reports The SuccessMaker Enterprise system has a variety of reports to help teachers monitor student performance and usage. Administrative reports provide information about the organization and usage of the system. Student reports provide teachers, parents, and administrators detailed information about student enrollment and performance in SuccessMaker courses.
Accessing the Reports To view and print reports, click the printer. A list of both Student and Administrative Reports is displayed.
Running a Course Report Click the circle beside the type of report in which you are interested to see the list of available reports. In this case, the Course Report. Click the course for which you wish to run a report. Click the View Options button to display the Options window. Each type of report offers various options for structuring the report. Check or uncheck the checkboxes to customize your report. Report Options o Identify Users by o Order by o Report Header (optional) o Legend SM Courses o The course for which you are running the report will be listed. Click to select the course. Users o Click the Add button to display the Select User(s) window. o Choose your group using the drop down box at the top. o Add the student(s) for which you wish to run the report. Anytime you want to select more than one item in a list, follow these instructions: To select consecutive items, click the first item. Next, press and hold the Shift key on your keyboard. Finally, click the last item. All items between and including the first and last item are selected. To select non-consecutive items, click each item while holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard. Click OK and then click View. The report(s) will be displayed on your screen. Click the Print button to print the report(s). There will be three pages per student.
Reports for Groups For some reports, Groups will be added rather than users. o To run a report for a group, click the Groups tab in the Choose Options window and select the group to be included in the report. o Click Add. o Click on your group and click OK and then click View. The report(s) will be displayed on your screen. Click the Print button to print the report(s). Click the box in the upper right corner to close the report.

Definition Shows the SuccessMaker courses assigned to a student
Group List Report
Shows all users in specified groups, including the user name. Shows the number of days a student has been in the system and the amount of time spent using the system. Shows the groups to which users are assigned.
