These work very well on ARM. But not very well on Symbian.

Open-Source Community •  Why should I contribute to Symbian and/or Symbian tools? –  I work for a handset manufacturer using Symbian. –  I’m a Symbian application developer, and I’ll benefit from an improved platform/tools. –  I’m a tools provider and my core/proprietary technology can benefit from an improved platform/tools.

•  Symbian is not well-known in the core open-source community –  –  –  – 

Linux Windows, OS X Solaris, AIX, HP-UX Android, VxWorks, QNX, ThreadX, FreeRTOS

•  Porting existing tools to Symbian may provide good technology for Symbian and make Symbian more visible •  Building a community will take time, effort, and investment.
