Shout Out Project Display Board Instructions IMPORTANT: All boards must have a sticker on the reverse side that indicates Teacher name and School (these are included with supplies provided). Place these on the back of your board! NOTE: Nothing should extend from the board in any direction. These boards will be loaded and handled several times and only items carefully adhering to the inner faces will be secure. OPTIONS: You may want to include any or all of the following items:  Project timeline

 Connection to core curriculum and/or state curriculum standards  Evidence of research on the issue (including source citations)  Evidence of community need related to the issue (i.e. community survey, graphs/charts showing survey results)  Student writing sample related to the project (i.e. letter, press release, etc.)  Testimonial of project impact by a student, community member, service recipient, or some other project stakeholder  Evidence of community partnership(s)  Example(s) of student reflection  Photos of the service-learning project “in action”  Evidence of project impact (student achievement, community outcomes)  Evidence of final product (if applicable to project topic)  Evidence of student voice  Evidence of how technology was incorporated into the project  Rubric or scoring guide for a project activity or the project as a whole  Evidence of project’s connection to students’ learning about responsibility, respect, leadership, and persistence
