4. Motorola- Russia Buy Sell Implementation

Motorola Inc has determined to establish Motorola Russia (ZAO) to operate: Local Distribution Center, Import of goods, and Domestic sales to customers. Current System has to be extended to cover the business needs of an additional buy-sell legal entity – Russia (Motorola Zao) with a distribution center in Moscow. The Newly Create Organization should able to replenish the stock from other Motorola legal entities and should able to execute customer order fulfillment along with 3rd Party Logistics Company to manage the physical inventory, customer order fulfillment.
