Shah waliullah was great phisopher, thinker and revolutionary personality of subcontinent. Who described different objectives of religious practices in his various writings. Among these objectives, he describes the development of four basic morals of humanity in the society as a major objective of religious practices. In the philosophical realm Shah Waliullah presented that these ideas could bring closer all religions of the world. He highlighted that these four basic features are deinitive and present in all religions.

Shah Waliullah believed that the essence of all religions was based on four moral principles and called them ‘’ikhlaaqiyat e Arbha’’ which include I. II. III. IV.

I)

Humbleness (Ikhbat) Purity/cleanliness(Taharat) Magnanimity/benevolence (Samahat) Justice (Adalat)

Humbleness (Ikhbat):It include being humble and obedient to the supreme creator alone,Almighty and most High. The explanantion of this perfection that the person who is considered to be virtuous after his physical and personal concerns attains his glory and his abundance; When a person having sence comes to solve the major problems of the world and himself and feel difficulties and helpless and unable to solve these his untouchable patience compels him to accept any other Almighty power for hi,self and every Religion has a concept of almighty power to which a person can be humble.

II)

Purity/cleanliness(Taharat): It includes the cleanliness of body and soul. It does not onlye mean external wudoo or bath but authencicity of is the main purpose of wudoo or bath is its soul and light. When people are polluted in impurites and feel restlellness and disturbed inside they go for external cleanliness similarly when internally soul is pollutedby sins, every relgion has its concepyt to make it purify

III)

Magnanimity/Benevolence(samahat): It include that habit of sacrificing and avoiding revenge and hunger should be adobted. Samahat means to be “faiyaz” (big donor) and “saqi” (large hearted). Samahat is a major requirement for being close to Supreme power. One should not be a miser. It is like dirt that clings to the heart. A person who is a miser, wastrel and narrow minded, puts his and other's lives in misery. There are various ways a person can be open or narrow minded: a. Money: Tight fisted and narrow minded makes man a miser. To spend money is to be saqi. A Saqi person loves to spend in the path of God for humanity. On the contrary, a person who just loves to hoard money and keep counting his money, will not spend for the fear of decrease in wealth and becomes stingy and a miser. Now misers are of three types: One who does not like to spend money on others; Another person who does not like to spend on anyone, not even himself; the Third type of a miser is one who hurts when he finds about a person who spends money on himself.

b. Sex: To act within bounds to cater to the need for sex and keep away from related sins is called Isqat. Such people are clean in their acts and thoughts. They are so pious as if angels have descended from heaven! Their good character reflects in their every act. On the other hand, there are people who are very lenient in fulfilling their needs. Their acts of sins are reflected in their face, their style and every act. Their talks are dirty and their gazes are sinful. c. Bravery: A person needs to be brave and think big to help others. His decisions need to be big and bold. He might have to be patient and deal with bigger problems than others. He might have to spend more time and money than others. However, his actions tend to benefit a lot more people.

IV)

Justice (Adalat): It include the implementation of social, political and economic justice in the society. If Justice is base all the political, social and economic systems, then society society would be prosperous.

Societies adhering to different religions can be brought closer even today based on Shah Waliullah’s thoughts. Human nature is a reflection of God's characteristics (ultimate reality of the universe) and the above four moral values serve as the dynamics of progress or decline of a society:

Shah Waliullahh as described different objectives of religious practices in his various writings. Among these objectives, he describes the development of four basic morals of humanity in the society as a major objective of religious practices. These basic morals include the mental, physical and practical cleanliness, humbleness and obedience to the supreme creator alone, dominance of values of sacrifice and collective betterment over personal desires and lastly, implementation of social, political and economic justice in the society.
