Regional Documents Officer Reports to: Regional Coordinator Job Summary The Regional Documents Officer uses terminal keyboards and visual display units to transfer information and create official documents into a computer for storage, processing and transmission. The Regional Documents Officer may perform the following tasks: * Key in codes necessary to process information. * Input information in prescribed formats such as reports, brochures, Flyers, mailing lists, Chapter records, Regional staff records or any other Regional information * Retrieve, confirm and update data in storage. * Design and Create Official finish documents using Regional data. * Maintain backups of all data and documents in a safe location for later emergency use if needed. * Designing and creating a Regional Yearbook at the end of the year for membership distribution. * Talk with Regional Coordinator, and discuss ideas, to obtain a clear perception of Regional requirements Qualifications: * Able to work quickly and accurately * Able to concentrate for long periods * Attention to detail * Aptitude for working with computers * Both creative and technical aptitude * Good communication skills * Able to work within a team * Committed to understanding new technology * Able to follow directions and policies from the Regional Coordinator REVISIONS Revisions to this document must be approved by the Regional Coordinator.
