Breaking Glass Ideations is hosting a national short film competition to determine the ideal scent of today’s woman.

Breaking Glass Ideations is a cutting-edge marketing company that researches the desires of today’s consumers through creative experimentation. Consumers know what they want because they use it, store it in their houses, and make these products part of their lives. We take a product, do a 360º review and challenge creative minds from other industries to take it to the next level, not out of the box but right through the glass.

Our latest project will explore perfume. Our sense of smell is known to be the quickest link to our memories therefore the fragrance we choose to spray all over ourselves has a significant role. Please help us to take their department store-approved stiletto and crash it right through that glass covered fragrance counter to determine the true scent of a woman.

The film: Use your creativity to create a film no longer than 60 seconds that answers the question: What should today’s woman smell like?

Judging Criteria: Each contest submission will be judged based on: (1) originality, (2) creativity, (3) style, and (4) how well the question is answered. The decision of the judges will be final and binding in all respects.

One winner be selected by a panel of our distinguished colleagues, who will be awarded a $500 cash prize. th Submissions will be received by Breaking Glass Ideations from 12:01AM EST December 12 through 11:59PM

ESTJanuary 31st, 2008 ("Entry Period"). th On or about Feb 15 , 2008, an applicant who's work best represents each of the four judging categories will be

selected as the winner and contacted via there youtube.com contact information.

The winner will be announced simultaneously on www.myspace.com/breakingglassid & th www.youtube.com/breakingglassid , on or about Feb 15 , 2008 and will be contacted directly via provided contact

information on. Prize is not transferable.

Breaking Glass Scent of a Woman Film Contest Submission Requirements: Eligibility: Participation is open to all filmmakers, who are legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, and are 18 or older as of date of entry. Void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees of Breaking Glass Ideations and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of Contest materials and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Qualifications:

• All submissions must be made via www.youtube.com/breakingglassid and must include at least the following materials:

o A short film no longer than 60 seconds. •

Submissions must be received by Breaking Glass Ideations by 11:59pm Eastern Time ("ET") on January st 31 , 2008.

• Legal We are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Only fully completed entry forms are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt. All Entries become the sole property of Breaking Glass Ideations and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event an insufficient number of entries are received, we reserve the right to cancel the Contest and shall be under no obligation to award the prize. Entries not satisfying these Official Rules will be automatically disqualified. All entrants must have a valid email address. In case of dispute as to identity of entrant, Entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other

organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

• By submitting, you confirm you have cleared all usage rights associated with your submission. • By submitting, you agree to license your submission non-exclusively to Breaking Glass Ideations for internal presentation usage to current clients.

• Breaking Glass Ideations reserves the right to refuse submissions deemed inappropriate or offensive in any way.

By entering, you warrant and represent the following with respect to your Submission: (a) you are the sole and exclusive owner of the Submission; (b) the Submission is your own creation and is 100% original; (c) the Submission will not infringe on any rights of any third parties; and (d) any third parties appearing in the Submission have given entrant appropriate consent to be filmed and used as permitted herein.

Conditions. Submissions may be cut, edited, reformatted, rearranged, combined with other materials and/or otherwise modified, in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion Any and all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Participation in Contest and acceptance of prize constitutes the winner's permission for Breaking Glass Ideations to use his/her name, photograph, biographical information, and film and/or any statements made by each winner regarding the Contest without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants and winner agree to release and hold harmless Breaking Glass Ideations, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Contest, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Contest-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this Contest in any way shall be disqualified.

Additional Terms. Any attempted form of entry other than as set forth above is prohibited. Breaking Glass Ideations is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one's ability to enter the Contest, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading any materials in this Contest. Breaking Glass Ideations reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Contest should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, Sponsor will select the winner from

all eligible entries received. Breaking Glass Ideations reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or web site. Breaking Glass Ideations may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Breaking Glass Ideations employees.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Contest may only be entered in or from the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. This Contest is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. You are not authorized to participate in the Contest if you are not located within the United States.
