Once All the Field Value is entered then Click On ENTER key.

7. Change User Status of the WBS:

Select the WBS for which the User Status needs to be changed

First while creating WBS User Status of the WBS will be in INITIATE (INT), Change it one by one (Sequentially) till CONS (CONSTRUCTION) Note: - To Raise PR against any WBS the User status of that WBS must be set to Construction (CONS) & System Status must be set to Release (REL)

8. System Status: Select PROJECT DEFINITION EDIT  Status  RELEASE (as shown below)

To open an existing Project then Click on

Open  Enter the Project Definition Enter
