PART A : Downloading necessary software components from SAP Service Marketplace Step 1 : Downloaded the SAP cryptographic software from OSS. Select the correct SAPcrptographic software depending on your saprouter operating system as shown below. i.e. 011000358700002932482003E.CAR file. Step 2 : 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

Create saprouter folder in d:\usr\sap D:\USR\SAP\saprouter Copy sapcar.exe to router folder Copy downloaded .CAR file to saprouter folder. Perform following command from command prompt d:\usr\sap\saprouter. sapcar –xvf xyz.car It will extract all router files and create folder ntintel under saprouter folder.

PART B : Issue of Electronic Certificate Create Environment Variables under System Account. SECUDIR = d:\usr\sap\saprouter SNC_LIB = d:\usr\sap\saprouter\ntintel\sapcrypto.dll

Restart the system for registering variables in system.

PART C : Apply for a SAProuter certificate from the SAP Trust Center Service of SAP service marketplace Logon to SAP Service Marketplace and apply for certificate. http://service.sap.com/tcs Click on Button => Apply Now This will give you Distinguished Name : "CN=IEPLDEV, OU=0000830018, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" SAP Router Name

: IEPLDEV

Then, clicked the "Continue" button.

Step By Step 1. Execute Following command in /saprouter/ntintel sapgenpse get_pse –v –r certreq –p d:\usr\sap\saprouter\local.pse "CN=IEPLDEV, OU=0000830018, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE"

It ask you PIN Number (eg. 2006)

2. “certreq” file is created in the /saprouter/ntintel directory. 3. Open this file in Notepad press Ctrl+A & Ctrl+C (Copy Contents of the file) 4. Paste this data to space provided on OSS for Request Certificate for SAProuter – Step 2/2 And press Request Certificate button. 5. It will provide you certificate.

6. Copy all the contents to srcert (new file without extension) under /saprouter/ntintel/srcert.

7. Execute Following command in /saprouter/ntintel sapgenpse import_own_cert –c srcert –p d:\usr\sap\saprouter\local.pse 8. Execute Following command in /saprouter/ntintel sapgenpse seclogin –p local.pse It created “cred_V2” file in the same directory.

9. Execute Following command in /saprouter/ntintel to check whether certificate has been imported correctly Sapgenpse get_my_name –v –n Issuer

10. Check saprouttab file. 11. Install SAP Service Connector software downloaded from OSS.

It will get installed in c:\Program Files\sap\ServiceConnector. Run the EXE File.

12. Execute following command to start SAP router saprouter –r –S 3299 –K “p: CN=IEPLDEV, OU=0000830018, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE”

Service Connection Opening Guide

To open Service Connection For SAP : Step 1 : Follow the step 11 & 12 above. Step 2 : Connect to OSS
