Circle, Hyderabad’ Lr.No.711/QC/SE/ D2/96, dt.15.6.1996 addressed to all S.Es (R&B) 5) Engineer-in-Chief(R&B), Admn., Hyderabad’ D.O.Lr.No.711/ D2/QC/CE/96, dt.26.6.1996 addressed to all SEs & EEs of R&B Department . 6) Engineer-in-Chief(R&B), Admn., Hyderabad’ Circular memo No.711/AEE1/SEQC/3/2003, dt.19.6.2003. **** Certain instances have come to the notice of the undersigned that, the field officers are not producing the relevant records like L.F. books showing working levels, existing crust particulars, M.Books, Q.C. test registers and other relevant records to the Q.C. officers during their inspection, eventhough advance tour programme is being communicated to them. Non-production of relevant records during Q.C. inspections is defeating the very purpose of the same. Therefore, all the Superintending Engineers and Executive Engineers are instructed to advise their subordinates well in advance to keep the records such as L.F. Books showing working levels, existing crust, Q.C. test registers, etc., ready during Q.C. inspections without fail. Any slackness in this regard will be viewed seriously and necessary disciplinary action will be initiated against the defaulting officers.
