Background of the problem should discuss the ff: areas of research where system falls under the detailed historical background of the company; include also the ff information amenities, facilities, checkin/ check-out time, other services, average inquiries or transactions per day, average no. of guests, etc.

Overview of the current state of the technology should discuss all the existing processes/procedures of the existing system.
•
Provide thorough discussion in the Project rationale; discuss the benefits that could be obtained by all the enumerated beneficiaries from your system and provide justification on every benefit that you’ll mention in your discussion.

Cite other problems of the study pertaining to data storage, maintenance, security, search and others; revise your specific objectives accordingly.
Scope discusses all important modules or features of the study, which were essential in the development of the project.
o Ensure to provide a backend feature that will support and process your online transactions o All major modules of the system (backend and frontend) must be identify and explain. o All significant reports must be identified and generated by the system; provide description for each o Ensure that automatic and prompt feedback will be provided by the system to clients about their inquiry and reservation o Ensure to provide the ff in you online: o Provide proper organization/ category of topics or information to be presented

Identify the number of PCs to be used and where each PC will be located (backend)
•
Identify the users of the system and provide user level access rights; ensure to discuss the modules assigned for each type of user.

Aside from the requirements of the user, ensure to consider all requirements set by STI HQ. if some modules would be omitted, ensure to provide proper justification why such would not be cover.
Limitation of the study are not properly identified and discussed by which make the contents of the document inconsistent to what has to be covered. •
Cite other limitations for the study and provide justification for each
Discussions, which are not original ideas, are not properly cited and the bibliographical listing contains inadequate amount of references. •
Ensure to conduct future research and study; Refer to at least 15 references and cite such references in your bibliographical listing follow correct format in writing the bibliography
