Dear Ms. Dortch: It has come to my attention that an attachment to NAB’s ex parte filings submitted on August 8, 10, 14, and 16, 2007, in the above docket, erroneously lists Representatives John Conyers, Jr. (D-MI) and Steve Chabot (R-OH) as opponents of the XM-Sirius merger. While both members have raised questions about the merger, it is inaccurate to characterize them as opposed to the merger. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Respectfully submitted,
