RETETA DE SUPA 1. 6 cepe mari 2. o varza 3. o legatura de telina 4. doi morcovi 5. doi ardei grasi 6. 0,750 kg. rosii(se poate inlocui cu bulion) 7. condimente de orice fel 8. un cub de supa de vita Knor Nota: Unde nu se mentioneaza bautura, se bea apa, suc de fructe neindulcit, ceai, cafea, lapte degresat.Nu bauturi carbogazoase. Progres: Dupa 7 zile - daca se respecta cu sfintenie regimul, se pierd 5-7 kg. Ziua 1: supa, fructe (nu banane). Se recomanda pepene galben sau verde. Ziua 2: supa, vegetale (fara grasimi), mai ales frunze: varza, salata, un cartof fiert cu putin ulei. Ziua 3: combinatia celor doua zile, mai putin cartoful. Ziua 4: supa, 3 banane, lapte cat poti, apa. Ziua 5: supa cel putin o data, 300-500gr.carne de vita, pui sau curcan, fara piele, grasime, 3 rosii sau 6-8 pahare de bulion. Ziua 6: supa, carne de vita(curcan) oricat, vegetale cu frunze verzi (fara cartofi). Ziua 7: supa, orez, mazare, suc de fructe neindulcit, legume. Alimente care pot fi consumate fara restrictii: Proteine a) animale: orice carne slaba, oua tari, lapte degresat,iaurt, branza de vaci, urda, telemea desarata; b) vegetale: radacini crude, zarzavat si legume crude, fructe proaspete, inafara de nuci, alune, castane; Glucide: numai cele din legume, fructe si salate. Grasimi: uleiuri vegetale, margarina. Sare: 5 gr. pe zi.
