Project - Design & Development of Drilling Jig cum holding fixture for Bracket Cable anchoring

Description of project: Project sponsored by VANAZ ENGINEERS LTD, Pune the Engineering & auto component-manufacturing organization. I have designed Drilling Jig for holding & drilling holes in the Bracket Cable-anchoring (part of TATA motors) on drilling machine. On the jig, Bracket can be clamped and unclamped quickly & maintain accuracy in mass production. The design of the jig cum holding fixture made as such the sizes maintained accurately while mass production of components. With this jig cum holding fixture, we achieved reduction of operation time and increases rate of production.
