My major responsibilities include providing support to the HR department in terms of SAP HCM Module as well as help them understand the different Business processes involved in the HCM Module.



My responsibility was to understand the HCM module implemented at DADEX ETERNIT LIMITED .During that period I worked on IDES (Internet Demonstration and Evaluation System Server. This not only helped me understand the processes involved in the HCM Module but also gave me practical experience of the SAP System installed. 
