1. Organized Anti-Poaching awareness in peripheral villages around Nagarahole campaign under guidance of Mr.Sanjay Gubbi, CWS. 2. Participated in Line Transects conducted by CWS to estimate the Tiger prey density in Bandipur. 3. Worked as a Wildlife Rescuer with PFA, Bangalore. Work involved rescuing and rehabilitating injured or rescued wildlife including reptiles, birds and mammals. 4. Organised Clean-up campaigns in National Parks with the help of Forest Department. 5. Started a Wildlife Conservation group by the name VANYA, which works towards building awareness and educating the society at large towards the need for Wildlife Conservation. Also, field-activities as mentioned above are undertaken by the group under the guidance of established organizations like CWS and Forest Departments. 6.Trained to use GPS and other measurement devices 7.Represented university and Nation in Cambridge International Parliament competition held at Cambridge University, U.K. in 5th Semester BE. 8. Conduct regular quizzes and debates involving wildlife enthusiasts on Wildlife topics including Man-Animal conflicts, need for conservation and related topics. 9. Lined up projects include participation in field survey in Melagiri, Dharmapuri by Organization KANS, Initiatives for rehabilitation of forest dwellers through employment opportunities and medical camps, Forest fire control volunteer team.
