Reducing the Risk of Bullying and Harassment A one day course for line managers which may be run on your premises. Organisations and individual managers can be held liable for bullying and harassment. ACAS and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development recommend that one of the main ways organisations can reduce the risk of employee claims is by training managers in the issues relating to this complex and at times misunderstood phenomenon.

The Company BSPS Training Consultancy Limited was founded in 1991 as a partnership. The company incorporated in August 2002 and is still actively managed by one of its founding partners.

Richard holds an MA in Human Resource Management, is a Chartered Member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and a Fellow of The Institute of Training & Occupational Learning.

This aim of this one day course is to assist line managers in understanding what bullying & harassment is & what their obligations are towards employees. Further advice will be provided to enable managers to identify & deal with such behaviour amongst staff.
