Vacuum Homogenizing Equipment - Basic information Manufacturing the high viscosity products, especially for cream and ointment, often encounter the problem of air bubbles occurring in products during agitation due to oxidation processes, which lessen the quality of products. The vacuum homogenizing - emulsifying mixing equipment can eliminate this problem and increase the smoothness and fineness of products.

The combination of special designed high speed emulsifying head and low speed blade agitator with attached scrapers allows to achieve a high efficiency of mixing & homogenizing process. The mixture is sucked through the narrow gap between the high speed rotating rotor and fixed stator of emulsifying head. Due to the turbine effect of emulsifying head, the circulation of product in the mixing vessel is formed. Low speed blade agitator helps to produce the laminar and turbulent flows in the product and provides the heat-exchange. The teflon (or silicon rubber) scrapers, which are fixed at the outer mixing frame of blade agitator, scrape off the material sticked to the inner wall of vessel. · Due to the high speed rotation of emulsifying head in combination with the effect of low speed blade agitator and scrapper rotating in different direction (forward and backward),, the mixture is processed by micro-grinding, smashing and dispersing of raw materials and the product can be homogenized completely without any "dead" corners in the mixing vessel. The various types of emulsifying head can be chosen depending on the different feature of products and requirements of customer.

TZGZ series vacuum mixing emulsifier Purpose: The equipment is suitable for emulsification of the pharmaceuticals, cosmetic, fine chemical produces, especially the material having high matrix viscosity and solid content. Features: The TZGZ vacuum emulsifier is constantly improved on introducing into the German technology. It is manufactured for the cosmetic and ointment. The vane of low-speed scraping mixer automatically clings to the wall boiler. The vane doesn’t contact with the wall in no-load operation so as to prolong the use life. 6. If adding the powder material is necessary for the operating condition, you should adopt the vacuum bottom valve for material feeding to completely avoid the powder flying upward and uneven mixture. 7. The whole process of production is in the state of super-low vacuum, so it is avoided that the air bubble comes into being after high-speed mixture and the equipment can reach the special requirements of pharmacy industry, such as sanitary and asepsis. 8. The main boiler is equipped with the CIP cleaning system. The contact part of material and container is made of the SUS316L imported high-quality material. The interface contacting with the material adopts the mirror polish. The roughness reaches the sanitary 300EMSH. 9. All of the equipped electric equipments are the imported products. The electric control part adopts the products from Germany. The buttons are the products from France Schneider Company. The transducer is the product of Japan Panasonic Electrical Company. The vacuum pump is the product of siemens Company. The assembling set is manufactured completely according to the requirements of GMP.
