Project mPower id is non-editable. All projects are editable by Ops. There is no hierarchy built for Ops.

Project Manager

Access mentioned here is applicable to people who are assigned as PMs for project. People having mPower PM access will get read only access to all projects. Deletion of task is possible only if time is not booked and project is not in Transfer state. PM can give access to the project to anyone.

Delivery Manager/Qcat

1.DM has read only access to all projects 2.For Qcat access has to be provided by the PM 3.Reports

Refers to delivery manager access in mPower.

OPG

1.Template creation 2.Version Management 3.Task Type and COQ management

Currently this role does not exist in mPower.

Team member

1.Read only access for the project staffed in. 2.Edit task if access is given by the PM.

Team members will not have any access for projects in which they are not staffed in.

All others

1.PM can give access to the project to anyone.

 Show only the Active roles in the Resource assignment tab.  Including the WBS/tasks from the existing Projects  Move cancelled tasks to “Cancelled Task History”
