Students will be learning how to request transcripts using the student portal (Flashline). Introduction: Requesting transcripts is a very common question asked in the Registrar’s office multiple times, daily. Students need to be made aware of the simple process in order to reduce the amount of time that the Call Center staff spends on the phone guiding students through the process. Current students have the ability to request their college academic transcripts by logging into Flashline. However, for alumni whose accounts have been deactivated they will need to submit written request (fax or mail). Instruction: The teacher will walk the students through the process of requesting transcripts using Flashline once. Students will then use the guided instructions to complete the process on their own.
