YR : Y/T
Year student ratio: YR
Maximum Number of students who may be accepted during a semester. Total number of Fall only (F), Spring (S) only semesters and Full-year students (Y). Total number of semester students (attending the Fall and the Spring semesters).
Depends on building capacity, staff size and local safety regulations.
To measure program activity. The number of semester students during an academic year is the key indicator of the activity. A student enrolled for the year (Y) is counted twice. Activity for Fall is equal to F + Y and activity for Spring is equal to S + Y. To measure the number of Year students compared to Semester students.
Percentage of the number of students enrolled in the year (Y) and the number of semester students (T). Fall / Spring index: FS Number with FS = F/S Index attendance between To measure the ratio of Fall to Spring one decimal Fall and Spring. students. SUP= SS/ST
Represents number of universities needed to obtain half the number of semester students. Represents the number of universities to obtain ¾ of semester students. ST represents the number of on-site support staff.
To measure the distribution of students from different sending institutions.
To measure the distribution of students from different sending institutions. To measure the degree of on-site admin support according to the size of the program. Includes Program Director, Admin Assistant Housing Coordinator, etc.

Indicator A : Academic indicators No. of courses (student courseload): AT
Unit
Formula
Integer
AT = AU + AI + AS
Total number of different credit-bearing courses.
Ratio between number of courses taken in host academic institutions and total number of courses. Ratio between number of different courses taken (AC) and total number of courses taken by students. Total number of signed agreements with host universities. Ratio between number of home students sent to home universities and the number of students attending the program. Ratio between number of courses taught in host language (AHL) and total number of courses.

Definition
Objective Each student enrolls in average of 4 to 5 courses during the semester. Includes courses in academic institutions (AU), courses in House (AI) and specialized courses and studio arts (AS). To provide a measure of the importance given to host country university courses.
To measure the variety of courses taken by students. Measure the importance of a "tailor made" program. The closer to 1, the more "tailor made" the program. To measure official links with host academic institutions. Program may have exchanges with host institutions and send host students to home universities (SX). To measure the level of reciprocity of the program; the higher the ratio, the higher the reciprocity. The measure the importance of host language courses (NA when English is the host country language).

Ratio between number of students housed singly in studios and total number of semester students (SS). Ratio between number of students living in shared apartments and total number of semester students (SS). HOUT represents the percentage of outsourced homestays.
