Based on 25 years of research and experience and supported by qualified teachers, we finally came up with Cendekia’s learning concept. Cendekia Leadership School is looking forward to preparing the young to become superior generation of integrity in the future, Cendekia Leadership School is a National school on inclusive religious basis
VISION To improve the quality of young generation through a comprehensive and systematical education system aiming at returning human beings to their Fitrah as Khalifah Fil Ardh and the servants of Allah
MISSION To conduct a model of education based on an applicable concept of Leadership in order to prepare the next generation of excellent quality, who are also competitive and have the spirit of entrepreneurship and the moral quality as leaders so as to be able to take on the role as Khalifah Fil Ardh and the servants of Allah
• To grow curiosity within students towards science • To nurture the spirit of leadership and entrepreneurship • To develop superior integrity and moral values • To nurture solidarity and tolerance towards other people so that they are able to become a blessing to all creatures of Allah SWT
• Nurturing curiosity within the children towards knowledge and science • Developing the spirit of leadership and entrepreneurship within the children themselves
• School is home to children • Teachers are parents to children • Each child is a unique individual. Thus, they are educated in accordance with their individual needs • The whole programs are based on the happiness of children • Each program aims at developing children’s potential optimally • Patience, sincerity, curriculum, and method are the keys to the success of children’s development
CENDEKIA LEADERSHIP SCHOOL applies a curriculum called Leadership which incorporates the values of Islam and refers to the National Curriculum
Every learning process is directed to instilling the leadership skilss::
• Understanding Self : knowing oneself, the Creator, and His creations • Communicating : able to communicate with the others, the Creator, nature, plants and animals
• Getting along with others :
showing care and trust to the others, animals, plants, and the surrounding nature
• Learning to learn: • Managing :
having curiosity developed to become learners
able to manage things around them, time, money, and energy
• Making decisions :
able to seek for information, to prioritize, and to solve simple problems

Leadership Skill is a life skill which can be developed and applied to children/students so that they will be equipped with reliable competence in order to gain positions and achievement within the society where they are allowed to have complete understanding of knowledge, nature, and their role as leaders in the world.
