LAMAR SOFTWARE, INC. SPECIALISTS IN MANUFACTURING AND DISTRIBUTION Production Cost Control / Labor Cost Tracking The system will track production cost using both standard and actual costs. The actual production costs will reflect actual purchased price of components and the calculated actual cost of subassemblies. The labor and machine costs will use the actual employee and machine costs specified by the user. The system will track the following productions costs for discrete work orders and for repetitive schedules: •
material (internal and material supplied by a subcontractor will be tracked separately)

•
external (subcontract) labor
•
tool / machine charges
•
labor overhead
•
machine overhead
•
setup labor
•
setup overhead
