PROBLEM
DENTIST: Dr. Mouth Family Clinic Dr. Mouth has employed you as her new office assistant. Your first task is to create, and implement a new system that informs patients of their overdue fees and when their next appointment will be. You will use Access to create a database and Word to develop a mail-merge for these clients. Dr. Mouth would also like you to create a form (using Access) so that when a new client comes to the clinic, you can enter his/her details easily, including their appointment type, date and cost. You will also develop a report so that Dr. Mouth can quickly view the types of appointment she regularly has so that she can order the materials she needs the most. Attached is the current client information you have been given. This data is not yet on any of the computers at the clinic, so you will have to start from scratch.
