REQUSETFOR PROBABLE CAUSE/ EVIDENTRY HEARTNG,AND HEARING IN LEW OF CIIILDRENS RIGHT TO REPRESENTATION.

It is imperativeto my civil case,the wording of the file is correct.I as a Plaintiffhasfiled a civil casewithin smallclaimscourt and as a Plaintiffthen retained A lawyer in witch sold out. To date there hasbeenno evidencepresentedthat puts, this Fraserfamily in a defensivestance.Yet the court has entertainedthe idea that I Who entereda caseas a Plaintifi is now labeledas a defendant.The opposing Council neither the Court has statedany evidencethat would place this family on a Defensivestance,again I repeat. So this in my opinion is an infringementon our civil Rights. l.
