PREFACE Management training is considered to be an essential part of all professional institutions and those who are aspiring for post graduate degree in management, it assumes more significance. To develop managerial capabilities and to supplement their theoretical knowledge with practical experience, the management students are required to go for training in business organizations. As the part of my MBA curriculum I was required to undergo on the job training in a business organization. For this purpose, I approached to undergo training in a business organization. For this purpose, I approached KANGRA CENTRAL CO-OPERATIVE BANK LTD. H.O DHARAMSHALA. The report has been designed keeping in view the various Cash Management of KANGRA CENTRAL CO-OPERATIVE BANK. It seeks to provide a brief and concise view of what Management is all about and how it can be applied to small industries. This report includes my sincere efforts; I sincerely hope that this report proves to be useful to its readers also.
