PRECAST BEAM

The first my job is`t in adi oman, at supervisor potition. I worked precast beam, from 9 December 2008 until now. Whatever that, I just work at precast beam. And, if I permit to make some resume of my job, maybe for some one or actually for my self. This is the resume : Material

:

1. balok kayu (kasau) 2. ms box (Hollow) 3. Plywood 4. terod 5. wingnut 6. paku 7. minyak polyrelease 8. sekrup 9. selang Tools

:

1. Gergaji (mesin & tangan) 2. meteran 3. Palu 4. Jack hammer ( Drill ) 5. kapak 6. pahat 7. obeng (mesin & Manual) 8. linggis

Method

:

1. The first thing we must to do is make prepare for the floor.

2. Than we must make the bottom / shift for form work (precast beam)

3. Put the steel beam

4. Pasang bekisting / tembereng kolom Kayu Besi

5. Fill with concrete

6. Opened the frame or bekisting after 10 hour ( can`t less from 4 hours, agree with situation), After than curing the beam.

Gambar Alat Lifting (Alat Pengangkut Beam)  Fungsinya : agar pada saat pengangkatan tidak terjadi pembenanan Liftingterjadinya Beam terpusat, menghindari patahan.
