Presentation using wizard
“AutoContent Wizard” will Select New command from the file menu. A window will be opened on the right side of program called “Task Pane” Select “From AutoContent wizard” option from Task Pane window. A window called will be opened.
Presentation using wizard
Click the next button from AutoContent Wizard. Select the type of presentation and click the next button Select the type of output and click the next button Give presentation title and also give footer (if any).

Also check or uncheck the date last updated option and slide number if you want to show the slide number on slide. Click Next button Click Finish button. Steps completed BACK
Existing Presentation
Select the New option from the File menu, Task Pane window will open Select the option “ Choose Presentation” from the Task Pane window. “Open Dialog Box” window will open you can open any existing presentation on your computer.
Creating a Presentation
Select the New command from the File menu or press Ctrl+N Task Pane will open select the option “Blank Presentation” or “From Design Template” or “From the Auto Wizard” from the Task Pane. You can also select the General Template option from Task Pane.
Different Views of presentation
Slides can be viewed in many ways – Normal view Outline view Slide view

Normal view
This view is used when we are working on our presentation slide It has further two options – Outline view This option is used to show the outline of slide in slide pane (a window appears on left hand). – Slides view This option is used to show only slides in slide Pane and hide the outline.
Normal view
Select the Normal option from view menu (by default it appears) first time but you can hide it. Select the Outline or Slide option from the slide pane.
Slide Sorter view
This view is used to show all the slides in sorted order with reference to their slide number.
Slide Show view
This option is used to show the slides in Full Screen Mode. Select the Slide Show option from the View menu or press F5 as a shortcut key
