Political Institutional camouflage. Political instability is heavily installing stones in the path of progress of economic institution. As remarked by Ishrat Hussain that economic ups and downs are due to political disruption. Historical discouse of Pakistan is witnessed to have heavy load of bad omens of conversion from civilian to military control. This is equal to a surge that at the time of giving some time to stability of economic coffers, there arises a tough situation of political turn over. The decades after independence are holding a separate cover story: constitution make up struggle during sixties; flexing muscles of some family giants under the cloak of Green Revolution with another blow of constitutiomal make up; assasination episode of Zia and Bhutto's nationalisation with the tide of time and leading ways towards amputation of East Pakistan in seventies; a constitution make up with playing practices of amending articles regarding prerogatives rights of President to break up National Assembly in eighties; virtually capsizing condition of politics and circulatory turn over of Benazir Bhutto and Nawaz Sharif in nineties; and above the most protracted period of dictatorship with an armed President has given severe set back to the performance of country. Harking back a year performance of political set up with a democratic government is again shattering the idealised image of people that country is on the way. These political turn overs have put economic institution in such a dilapidated condition that state bank have to give liquidity to heat up the engine of the rail of economy. Pakistan is standing at 142nd position, which is not at all laudable performance. Big economies like China, Russia and France are working on improving their economic set up because country is prosperous when its coffer are bulging. Our goverment is living in a fool's paradise to think that they have made a progress. According to unoffical information, though not confirmed officially, GCC and other big European powers are joining their hands to dedollarize the global trade system. And developing countries like Pakistan are busy in collecting dollars viewing good performance by the help of future prognosis. Government is not competent enough to employ modern equipments for economic uplifting. PASSCO is predicting for a loss of Rs. 100 billion dollars due to illequipped instruments that have not augur well for the weather forecast. El-Nino and changing climatic conditions have thrown a challenge to Pakistan government that may be a threat for an agricultural state. The unpleasant situation of our agricultural system is still in the back-up strategy because we are still lingering in the fight of water. By this, political parties are shaking hands to retain ther powers. Almost daily routine of parties walk- out from National Assembly in the congregation to think over matters have touched the zenith of moral perspectives. Abusing other parties in the name of bad performance of faulty actions is convincingly immoral and disgraceful. NRO is an abominable ordinance in the history of the world ordinances. First of all, position of head of the state is controversial. It can neither be counted as a titular head of the state nor as a President holding discretionary powers to govern and rule. President is enjoying powers of both the parliamentary and presidential form of governments. With economic crises, military is baffled with the actions of waging war in the name of "our war", which is still an argument seeking topic. This confusion has given time to settle and perpetuate the nefarious and deathly attempts of terrorists. The attacks in metropolitan cities is an open challenge to our sovereignty and political set up is badly disturbed. Everyone is serving dance attendance to the political leadership, which is waiting for a dictation of the super power, the US. The Kerry-Lugar bill is objected by populace then why it is enacted and accepted by the government? Populace disenchantment is always notewothy in democratic government. And now President Zardari is facing the same position of the Ex-President Musharraf when he was

suggested to resign rather than ousting from the office. He is also given suggestion to resign and if he decides to use his controversial discretionary power to break the aseembly set up then country will be again in the labyrinth of selecting a new mandate for government. With this confused political scenario, foreign attempts to have a control over Pakistan are going on. Activities of Blackwater army, newly named as XE are insurrecting criticising emotions among think tanks that it may be involved in the deathly activities of suiciders. Political leverage is very feeble to satisfy people when the remarks of Ms Clinton in her recent visit to Pakistan has cleared the position, that just the few members of XE are given diplomatic immunity. World impression of XE has raised hands against it. Then what is needed for justification? Noticingly Economic, Social and Security institutions are dependent on Political institution. This time political disruption is showing heavy death toll and shaking standards of the country. It can be among the developed states by earnestly employing its resources. It will be a real victory!!!!!!!
