Headphone\Mic setup For Garageband
1. Connect headset to USB Port
2. Open Garageband and go to Garageband menu-preferences-audio/midi 3. Select the following settings 4. Make sure the RED record light is on in your track
Important!! Sometimes the Mic is on MUTE by mistake. It is done by taping the inner circle of the left ear. IF you see the red light on tap that disc to turn mute off.

Creating a podcast Using Garageband
1. Log into the Shared Server 2. Open GarageBand 3. Go to FILE and NEW
4. Select New Podcast Event 5. Name and save to the DESKTOP 6. Select the Male or Female Track
7. Click the RED record button to start recording 8. Click the RED record button to stop recording
Note: Press the space bar to stop the cursor
9. If you want to start over simply click on your recording and press the delete key and start over 10. SAVE your podcast Go to FILE and SAVE
Placing your podcast in the Shared Server 1.Open the shs shared server and go through this path SHSSHARED-Fanniff T-Teachers Name-AP PODCAST
2.drag your podcast from the desktop to this folder
