If provided basics are fruitful than it will be caring, loving, collaborator of nation and humans like a tree if it is given good care than it will give fruits and shadow. In the opposite If a child is not given education, food, shelter and clothes than the child will be agitated, hardhearted, unloving, and against of a nation. It means if you put seeds of sorrow him than you will be given pain by him. It is considered that if a child is fruitful it means it has all healthy environments so that it will be a valuable part of society. In all over world-organized countries-a state is engaged to take care equal education and good health treatment for all children. We can easily see that the nations of Europe have not more problems for learning or living in their early age, due to the youth at least are able to do best for their survival in their adult ages. Opportunities are vast that's why immigrant tries to be a citizen, just because people think if they do best than boost will be fruitful. Due to a Same education system, no one can say I belong to poor family so that I can't read or write or can't study. In the other hand, Pakistan's back bone city like Karachi still has more than million of child labour or those who do not study due to lack of resources. You can count the literacy of this country like Mass Communication department of the Karachi University a probably 95 percent of students of Masters are not able to speak in English, even though they are being studied bottom to top in English medium private school. That was stated by scholars in a seminar held at Karachi University. It means what from we start to teach about child labour, even the cream people are still not able to understand what to do or not. This happens because of child depression in the city. The anxious child is pressured by their own parents. They think education is money making tool. By educated children can earn more money as compare to uneducated people but when they see the educated people are not earning more than uneducated they try to ignore or degrade education. You cannot imagine the media in Pakistan have a majority of uneducated or less educated people as matriculated or intermediate even though there are lots of masters' degree or bachelors' degree holders smelling of dust for a job. The poisoning lobby working in utmost every media industry where a new one degree holder is seemingly allowed but realistically are pressurized not to come. Due to it parents are confused when they see an uneducated person earn more than educated people. Due to it children and parents both are depressed and thinking if their child is admitted in school than they will earn a lesser amount as compare to be uneducated. That is a spiral of silence revolving in developing countries, which is spreading day by day. Students are going away with knowledge, they just read for passing the exam not more than it. Even you do not imagine the children in most private schools get 99 percent but zero in knowledge. Several NGO and other organizations are assigned to prevent child labour all over the world. An Estimated 218 million children 5 to be 17 years old around the world is a child labour in a different area excluding domestic child labour. For this, United Nation Stated about child labour, "States Parties recognize that is right of the child to be protected from economic exploitation and from performing any work likely to be hazardous or to interfere with the child's education, or to be harmful to the child's health or physical, mental, spiritual, moral or social development. For this though NGO, UN and several organizations are working to decrease child labour, it is not being decreased in the third word like Pakistan. Not it, but also the citizens do not consider it as a crime. Most of the citizens are still illiterate as well as not able to get food for survive. In this case, they first prefer to consider for survive than Child labour as crime. It is emerged due to their economical weakness but Government of Pakistan should grant monthly or weekly wages for below ages of 17 years. While, there are many gangs and individuals living in the country who pressurized children to be a beggar or sexual intercourse. Like recently Nazimabad, an area of Karachi, are allegedly known as a child abuse place. It is published in "The News" the daily newspaper of Jang's group in Pakistan. There are several texts appeals to have already published to laud asking help as in a recent case; a parent had stolen bread for their children. They had no job and have not power to buy breads. The authorities arrested them and locked them up. In another case, a family had been selling their children on a footpath holding a board in which they wrote "children for selling" suddenly police came and grabbed them with their children and locked them up. their children? Do you imagine the children were being sold by their own parents? Just an image as it will happen to you then you come to know how horrible condition it would be. It is useless to live in this country of those who are permanently not able to earn lots of money in monthly or daily basis. What hurdle would be happening to the parents who had agreed for selling their heart parts in the shape of their children? These conditions are increasing child labors, which can't be a decrease only for aiding them. Only proper management can handle it to a stable well education system, providing children allowance for permanently basis, to punish those who involve in child abuse either used them for sex intercourse or labour. Basically there is another main reason that everyone talks about. The Pakistan is the city where everyone can travel everywhere it is no restriction on migration in the country; everyone is allowed to enter every city like Islamabad where the Marriott's hotel bomb blast happened. It means people travel from rural areas with dreams of fantasy of big cities, but they are not able to get required money they get frustrated and demanded their children to earn money in any cost. In Karachi, estimated 45,000 migrated workers coming to the city every month from different parts of Pakistan when they do not get jobs. Unfortunately, they sell their children or commit such crime as child labour, unauthorized plotting, robbery etc. We can easily see different children in many Industries, shops, Restaurant, and signals, shrines, even in streets as braggers. One thing is that a child works full day, but it is paid less than it struggles so it is cheaper than adult labors, this was said by an owner. So people prefer for a child as a cheaper worker. In Conclusion, Government is most responsible for child labour in Pakistan. In all country's child citizen should be provided monthly or three weekly wages. They must be provided proper education, clothes, food, and shelter by their own government. Government should be a stable system to support educated people like Mass Communication Masters holder who should be given chance to utilize their education. By doing it a citizen gets motivated than a degree of education of the country will be increased. Citizens should help to avoid children and preference adults to give them a job. NGO should not only collect an amount of money for seminars or ceremony but also must provide relief them by managing and monitoring education, health, food, and shelter. Children are needy to have a healthy environment where they are able to survive on their own foots. It is completely opinion or perception I have written on this article or feature.
