SEMINAIRE EUROPÉEN   SUR LES SITES D’ACCOMPAGNEMENT POUR LES  ENSEIGNANTS DE LANGUES (SAEL)  5 ET 6 NOVEMBRE 2009, SÈVRES (FRANCE)    Le  Centre  international  d’études  pédagogiques  (CIEP)  a  le  plaisir  d’annoncer  le  lancement  prochain  du  séminaire SAEL. Celui‐ci s'adresse aux décideurs concernés par la formation des enseignants de langues et  leur  soutien  en  ligne.  Il constituera l’occasion privilégiée d’un échange de bonnes pratiques entre homologues  européens et associera les équipes pédagogiques des sites Internet Emilangues, eTwinning, Franc‐Parler, Primary  Languages et PrimLangues.  Programme  Le séminaire présentera les résultats de SAEL, projet Comenius dédié aux sites d’accompagnement à l’intention  des enseignants de langues européens. Celui‐ci est piloté par le Centre international d’études pédagogiques (CIEP)  en  partenariat  avec  l’Associazione  Nazionale  Insegnanti  Francese  (ANIF),  et  Europees  Platform  (EP),  avec  la  contribution des expertes Elisabeth Brodin et Micheline Maurice.   Le séminaire s'articulera autour d’une série d'ateliers et de conférences. Les thèmes abordés seront :   -

les modalités de création des sites d’accompagnement (contexte, pilotage, animation),  le choix et la conception des ressources,  le rôle joué par les sites dans la structuration des réseaux d'enseignants,  l’accompagnement de la pédagogie des échanges à distance et de la mobilité,  les outils libres et la refonte de sites Internet à l'heure du Web 2.0. 

Profil des participants   Le séminaire s’adresse aux décideurs nationaux ou régionaux intervenant dans le domaine de :    la formation des enseignants de langues,  la mise en œuvre des politiques linguistiques,  la communication et la diffusion des innovations politiques et/ou pédagogiques,  la direction d’associations d’enseignants de langues,  l’implémentation des TICE au niveau national ou régional,  l’administration  de  sites  Internet  destinés  au  moins  partiellement  aux  enseignants  de  langues.    Modalités pratiques  Le séminaire aura lieu dans les locaux du CIEP à Sèvres (près de Paris), les 5 et 6 novembre 2009.    Langues de travail : français / anglais. Interprétariat assuré en plénière ; ateliers en anglais ou en français.    L’inscription s’effectue en ligne (date limite : 20 octobre 2009).     Frais de participation :  Forfait A (avec hébergement): 135 €  Forfait B (sans hébergement): 45 €    Date  limite  pour  les  demandes  de  prise  en  charge  financière  (voir  conditions  d’éligibilité  dans  le  formulaire  d’inscription) : 5 octobre 2009.    http://www.eurosael.eu/

EUROPEAN SEMINAR   ON LANGUAGE TEACHER SUPPORT WEBSITES  5­6 NOVEMBER 2009, SÈVRES (FRANCE) 

  The Centre international d’études pédagogiques (CIEP) is pleased to announce the launch of the SAEL seminar. It  is aimed at decision‐makers interested or involved in support websites for language teachers. It will be a unique  opportunity to exchange examples of good practice with decision‐makers from all over Europe, as well as with the  teams behind the teaching content for the websites Emilangues, eTwinning, Franc‐Parler, Primary Languages and  PrimLangues.  Programme  The  seminar  will  start  with  a  presentation  of  the  results  of  the  SAEL  project.  Co‐financed  by  the  Comenius  programme,  it  focuses  on  support  websites  for  language  teachers.  The  team  is  composed  of  the  Centre  international  d’études  pédagogiques  (CIEP),  the  Associazione  Nazionale  Insegnanti  Francese  (ANIF),  and  Europees Platform (EP), as well as two experts, Elisabeth Brodin and Micheline Maurice.  It is based on a series of workshops and conferences dealing with:     the building of websites,   the choice of resources,   the role played by websites in supporting networks of teachers,   the strategies to promote exchanges and mobility,   insights into available open source tools and the transition of websites into the Web 2.0 era.    Profile of the participants  The seminar is intended for European decision‐makers involved in:    language teacher training,  implementing language policies,  managing communication and information in the field of innovative teaching methods,  leading language teachers' associations,  implementing ICT strategies in education,  creating and maintaining websites designed for language teachers.    Practical information  The seminar will be held on the premises of the CIEP in Sèvres (near to Paris) on 5 and 6 November 2009.     Working languages: French and English. Interpretation will be provided in the plenary session. Workshops will be  held in English or in French.    Registration is open until 20 October 2009.     Participation costs:  Option A (with accommodation): € 135  Option B (without accommodation): € 45    Limited funding (including transport) is available upon request. Please refer to the conditions of eligibility on the  registration form. Deadline for submission: 5 October 2009.
