Those Candidates who have applied and listed in PGECET-2009 (GATE/ PGECET2009) can Register their names by paying Rs.1000/- (Registration fee) on or before 01.09.2009 (5 P.M) and directly attend the counseling with requisite course fee (see website) and counseling fee of Rs.500/- on the given dates. Note: In respect of SC, ST and BC the reimbursement will be given by the Government to the extent of Rs. 20,000/- only. The additional fee is to be paid by the candidate at the time of admission. * for those candidates whose parent’s annual income from all sources is less than Rs.1,00,000/-. Candidate has to produce the income certificate from Tahsildar issued in 2009 for availing the fee concession.

Each admitted candidate has to pay an additional amount of Rs.500/- towards Counseling fee. The fee shall be paid at the time of admission and no extension of time will be given. Fee once paid will not be refunded. No cancellation shall be allowed. Registration fee once paid shall not be refunded. Once admitted into the course, cancellation of admission is not allowed. Latest Income certificate issued by Tahsildar in case of SC/ST/BC candidates if they claim exemption of tuition fee. In case of Non-Local candidates, Service Certificate of Father or Mother if they are employed in Central Govt./State Govt./Quasi Govt./Public Sector NCC/Sports certificates in support of their claim for admission under these categories

In addition to the above certificates, candidates are advised to bring the following certificates to facilitate verification of caste claims. ST/SC/BC Welfare Department Officials will refer these certificates if required. a) Father’s caste certificate in case of SC/ST/BC candidates

b) Attested copy of Service Register (S.R) of Father in case of SC/ST/BC candidates if father is employed in Govt./Public Sector. c) Transfer Certificate (TC) from the Institution where the candidate has last studied.

8. Those candidates who are working / practicing engineers with 2 years experience are eligible for sponsored seats admission. The admitted candidates under sponsor category have to pay the sponsor fee. To the sponsored seats working/practicing engineers should register.
