1. INTRODUCCION Como inicio del proyecto, la elaboración cartográfica digital urbano del distrito de San

SITUACIONAL DE LA INFORMACION CARTOGRAFICA la cual permitirá observar cuales son las referencias de las características cartográficas de cada uno de ellos, para ver la realidad del uso del espacio urbano del distrito, ambas en función del análisis visual de la ortofoto y algunas visitas de campo para su validación. Para darle una buena posición georreferenciada de la cartografía, se estudiara la cartografía existente del distrito y de otras fuentes institucionales estatales (COFOPRI, INDECI), con su respectivo sistema de proyección y Datum de referencia. 2. Objetivo General. El objetivo final de esta etapa se vera realizada por las siguientes actividades: •

Reconocimiento de campo



Acondicionamiento y Actualización Cartográfica



Digitalización de zonas urbanas



Toma de Puntos de control Geodésico.



Entrega de información cartográfica elaborada

3. ACTIVIDADES DESARROLLADAS 3.1 Se desarrollo un reconocimiento de campo en la parte urbana, así como también, la planificación de los puntos de control y el reconocimiento de las ubicaciones donde se monumentaran los hitos que serán georeferenciadas con equipos geodésico diferenciales. Estos hitos se caracterizaran porque estarán ubicados en cada sector del área urbana de San Vicente de Cañete, los cuales permitirán ser puntos de referencia para cualquier levantamiento topográfico. Estos hitos están hechos de concreto con una barra de fierro en la parte media a una profundidad de 50 cmts. y estarán pintados de color amarillo para su mejor Consultor en Geomatica Noriega

identificación, se sugirió que estos hitos deban estar bien acondicionados para mejorar su mantenimiento y duración.

3.2 Se nos entrego cartografía digital de algunos conjuntos habitacionales, los cuales han sido acondicionado al sistema de proyección UTM y al Datum de referencia WGS84, utilizando para ello procedimientos técnicos en cartografía que permitirán ubicar en posición los polígonos de los lotes sobre la imagen y validar su posición espacial. Se nos hizo entrega también de 11 planos a diferentes escalas cartográficas de conjuntos habitacionales para ser acondicionados a la cartografía actual del distrito con la información raster y comparar su verdadera dimensionalidad espacial. Dichos conjuntos habitacionales fueron: - Asociación de Vivienda Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre. - Asentamiento Humano 28 de Julio. - El Porvenir Haya de la Torre. - Cooperativa de Vivienda de los Trabajadores de ENTEL Perú. - Urbanización Las Palmas. Cabe señalar que la gran mayoría de la cartografía brindada no esta georreferenciada y en algunos casos son del año 1988. 3.3 La Digitalización de las zonas urbanas se realizo aplicando un software SIG, este software permite realizar georreferenciación con precisión espacial. Donde su RMS debe ser menor a 0.05. La información cartográfica sometida a esta técnica de trabajos cartográficos son:

Estos son los conjuntos ahbitacionales que han sido incorporados en la cartografía base digital del distrito de San Vicente de Cañete, cabe señalar que esta incorporación esta en funcion de la validación de la imagen fotogrametrica con que ha sido trabajado.

3.4 Los puntos de control tomados con equipo geodésico de alta precisión en modo diferencial fueron 11 puntos, estos puntos se tomaron con medición estática desde el punto base, con captación de lectura cada 10 seg. y un ángulo de 5 grados con respecto a la horizontal. El punto base fue brindado por el Instituto Geográfico Nacional, conformante de su red geodesica a nivel nacional, el punto se llamaba CERRO AZUL, y se encontraba localizado en el distrito Cerro Azul, provincia de Cañete a la altura del kilómetro 129 de la Carretera Panamericana Sur en la cima de una loma de 60 mts de altura aproximadamente, a la derecha de la panamericana en sentido de viaje hacia el Sur. La hoja oficial se encuentra en los anexos que acompañan a este informe. Se inicio el trabajo con una temperatura de 18º C, con un GDOP = 2.685 y con 8 satélites bien registrados, en una mañana no soleada. Tal como se observa en la siguiente imagen:

Los siguientes puntos fueron tomados en cada sector en que esta dividido el distrito de San Vicente de Cañete, estos puntos fueron: - Punto Grifo Autopasa. Este punto se encuentra en la entrada de cañete, en sentido de Norte a Sur, justo en la intersección entre la Panamericana Sur y La Av. Los Libertadores, al pie de un aviso de gas de aire. Se trabajo desde las 8:54 am, con 7 satélites captados a una temperatura de 18º C, con un GDOP=2.179.

Este punto se encuentra en la esquina de la losa deportiva de la Asociación Dacha de los Chinos, frente a una subestación de Luz cuyo código de la subestación es SAM84 a 15 mts del punto aproximadamente, es de bloque de concreto con un fierro en su centro, justo en la intersección entre la calle Prolog. Bolognesi y Calle Central. Se trabajo desde las 10:43 am, con 7 satélites captados a una temperatura de 18º C, con un GDOP = 2.965. este punto se toma unos días antes, partiendo del mismo punto base.

- Punto Parque Libertad. Este punto se encuentra en la esquina del parque, es de bloque de concreto con un fierro en su centro. Se trabajo desde las 13:04 pm, con 7 satélites captados a una temperatura de 18º C, con un GDOP = 2.485 este punto se toma unos días antes, partiendo del mismo punto base.

- Punto Parque San José. Este punto se encuentra en el medio del parque, es de bloque de concreto con un fierro en su centro. Se trabajo desde las 9:18 am, con 7 satélites captados a una temperatura de 18º C, con un GDOP = 3.086. Se nos olvido toamar foto. - Punto Ovalo de Bolognesi. Este punto se encuentra en el medio del Ovalo de Bolognesi al costadito de la estatua del héroe, es de bloque de concreto con un fierro en su centro. Se trabajo desde las 9:46 am, con 7 satélites captados a una temperatura de 18º C, con un GDOP = 2.477.

- Punto Iglesia Chilcal. Este punto se encuentra en el medio de la berma central en el área del jardín, frente a la iglesia de Chilcal, es de bloque de concreto con un fierro en su centro. Se trabajo desde las 10:10 am, con 7 satélites captados a una temperatura de 18º C, con un GDOP = 2.582

- Punto Coliseo Lolo Fernández. Este punto se encuentra en la esquina de un parque dentro del coliseo por la puerta de ingreso Nº 1, es de bloque de concreto con un fierro en su centro. Se trabajo desde las 10:34 am, con 7 satélites captados a una temperatura de 18º C, con un GDOP = 3.403

- Punto Parque Hualcara. Este punto se encuentra al costado de un muro recordatorio con una placa, que indica la fecha de fundación del parque, aquí nos demoramos porque el punto había sido enterrado por una bolqueteada de arena, es de bloque de concreto con un fierro en su centro. Se trabajo desde las 11:47 am, con 7 satélites captados a una temperatura de 18º C, con un GDOP = 2.631.

- Punto Entrada al Poblado de Unanue. Este punto se encuentra en la intersección de las vías de la Panamericana Sur y la via que comunica al poblado de Unanue, es de bloque de concreto con un fierro en su centro. Se trabajo desde las 12.21 am

temperatura de 18º C, con un GDOP = 2.523

- Punto Plaza de Armas de San Vicente de Cañete. Este punto se encuentra en al frente del palacio municipal, en la esquina superior derecha de la subida de la vía, es de concreto y pintado de amarillo. Se trabajo desde las 13.11 am con 7 satélites captados a una temperatura de 18º C, con un GDOP = 4.551, aquí el valor alto del GDOP, se debe por alguna variación geométrica de las efemérides de los satélites, cabe señalar que este punto esta rodeado de construcciones, que a pesar de ello se logro buena posición.

Como podrá observarse, las lecturas de medición para cada punto de control fueron Rapid Static, debido a que el punto base se encontraba a unos 15 kilómetros de distancia, eso significa, que el equipo indicaba la palabra DONE (Hecho), es decir, el tiempo de toma de datos era rápido y suficiente para cada punto. El resultado de las 11 mediciones está en coordenadas UTM y Datum de referencia WGS84.
