„BREATHING GYMNASTICS FOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF A PROSTATITIS AND POTENCY INCREASE”

According statistics more half of men after 40 suffer a chronic prostatitis. It is called illness of mature age. To men it brings many inconveniences, but basically they psychologically hard transmit disoder of a potency which is a consequence of the mentioned disease. One of principal causes of these diseases is connected by that the overwhelming majority of men conduct with the years an inactive way of life. Thereof in prostate forms an insufficient blood-groove and it serves as the reason of occurrence of inflammatory processes of various character. Disease treatment is reduced to suppression of a source of inflammatory process and blood-groove improvement in area of prostate. After treatment it is recommended to patients of playing sports which promote blood circulation improvement in this connection the risk of a repeated aggravation decreases. The researches spent by me have shown that by means of breathing gymnastics it is possible to influence area of prostate, considerably having improved blood circulation in it. Recommended breathing exercises improve blood circulation in urinogenital area in several ways, and each of ways renders "dot" effect. Let's consider exercise and then we will generalise some theoretical conclusions: Exercise becomes in three stages: 1. Warm-up. 2. Breathing gymnastics 3. Concentration on area perineum. Stage 1 The patient preliminary does small warm-up, kneading all joints - since talocrural and finishing the humeral. The body thus tries not to strain, movements soft, smooth. Especially it is necessary to pay attention to a backbone. Movements for warm-up it is possible to pick up any. Here the most important thing at performance of exercises to take pleasure. Stage 2 After that the patient sits down on chair edge so that genitals hanged down. Back a straight line, stops in parallel a floor. The chair height steals up so that there was no sensation of discomfort. Further the breathing gymnastics of Mhitarjan begins. The next days the quantity of approaches can be gradually increased. In 5-7 days there comes improvement of the general condition, reduction of painful sensations in area perineum, sharp improvement of a potentence. Now we will try to explain influence mechanisms. First, breath by the bottom part of a stomach when the diaphragm moves to a limit upwards and downwards, promotes that pressure in the field of a small basin periodically increases and decreases that leads to blood inflow to prostate and genitals.

It is similar to action of the pump which is pumping up a football. In our case the pump - piston is a diaphragm, and a ball-prostata. The basic mechanism of influence from my point of view in the following: - When we carry out breathing gymnastics, the right and left hemispheres brain come to the balanced condition. - In this condition to subcrustal structures of a brain which are responsible for independent reduction of muscles, it is much easier to become more active. - Then, when there is a concentration in area perineum, becomes more active site of the subcrustal structure, responsible reduction of the muscles located in this site. As a result of it there is an independent reduction of muscles perineum which promotes the strengthened blood supply of prostate and genitals. Very often at a chronic prostatitis massage which is spent by the doctor is done through an anus. Many men consider it humiliating for themselves and often refuse it, but in this case to us not the factor of that is so important that by means of a technique we can to relieve the patient of massage, and analogy, which we can spend if to consider the given disease as cybernetic model. In this case the chronic prostatitis is a disease at which mechanisms of feedback between prostate and a brain which is carried out through nervous system are broken. At massage through an anus we have system the doctor-patient-massage who influences the isolated site. Thus as the brain is not involved, mechanisms of feedback remain still broken. When the patient himself works over itself there is a system a head brain - a sick site and there is a high probability of that mechanisms of feedback will be debugged. In the above-stated conclusions we have considered influence of breathing gymnastics on prostate and genitals from the point of view of the western medicine. Now we will try to characterise all it from positions of east medicine. As to chronic prostatitises and caused by it potentence infringements the position of east medicine is almost invariable within centuries. According to it in a human body on certain channels energy Chi circulates, which is the factor of life-support of an organism. Energy should circulate on channels freely. When in certain body there is a lack, an overabundance or stagnation of energy Chi there is a disease. Also under the theory of east medicine by means of breathing exercises it is possible to influence energy Chi of an organism. In China, for example, various experts are developed for this purpose a chi kung. In our case we by means of breath regulate circulation of energy Chi in genitals and prostate. We will consider practical performance of exercise stage by stage: 1. Warm-up. Easy smooth warm-up gives "agitating" push to movement of energy Chi in all body. The the body is less strained at warm-up, the more freely energy movement. It is important to pay attention to a backbone because through it takes place one of the most powerful channels of movement of energy. 2. Breathing gymnastics. During breathing exercises the quantity of energy Chi sharply increases in bodies of a small basin. 3. Concentration in area of perineum. East doctors tell – where Mind there and Chi. It means that in that site where there is a concentration greatest quantity Chi is involved. Concentrating on perineum, we involve Chi which has accumulated in a small basin, in a corresponding site. Here there is one very important feature connected with that we

As a result of it is banished through natural channels of circulation of energy Chi. It is similar to a network of pipes on which water flows and in one of which there is a jam. We put the pump in a site of a jam, we increase pressure and surplus of pressure punches this jam. These theoretical conclusions considered by us in aspects of western and east medicine will help to understand the mechanism of influence of breathing exercises. The gymnastics does not replace corresponding treatment. It can serve as help after corresponding treatment and to healthy people. It is shown patients after the transferred sharp prostatitis, a chronic prostatitis in a remission stage, to men with functional infringements of potency and to men who simply wish to increase potency.
